The following dahlia oriented email exchange groups are hosted on Yahoo! Groups,
and are open to membership by anyone with an interest in growing, showing or just
plain enjoying dahlias. You can use the names in the instructions below to obtain
even more information about these groups.

Dahlia-Alert
Is an Email announcement/news service for dahlia lovers. Show and sale dates,
supplier lists, seasonal articles on dahlia culture, and an occasional horticultural
news item of interest to dahlia growers are included in the news you will receive.

Dahlias
Is an advanced dahlia Email exchange group which both allows and encourages
the exchange of pictures and attachments in addition to standard all text emails.

Dahlia-Net
Is a traditional text only Email exchange group focused on growing, showing and
judging dahlias.
 

Can I use Yahoo! Groups without web access and/or without
creating a special Yahoo ID? YES!  You can become an Email only
subscriber and control your subscription entirely by Email.

What commands can I send via email?The following commands are
available for managing you membership by email:

To join a Group,
send a blank email to: groupname-subscribe@yahoogroups.com
(You will also need to reply to the confirmation letter you will receive.)

To send a message to a Group,
send your email message to: groupname@yahoogroups.com

To unsubscribe from a Group,
send a blank email to: groupname-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com
(You will also need to reply to the confirmation letter you will receive.)

To put your email message delivery on hold for a group,
send a blank email to: groupname-nomail@yahoogroups.com

To change your subscription to daily digest mode,
send a blank email to: groupname-digest@yahoogroups.com
(Note: Digests do not contain pictures or other attachments.)

To change your subscription to individual emails (normal mode),
send a blank email to: groupname-normal@yahoogroups.com

To contact the owner(s) of a group,
send your email message to: groupname-owner@yahoogroups.com

To receive general help information,
send a blank message to: groupname-help@yahoogroups.com

To change your email address (cannot be done)
You must unsubscribe (using your old email address) and
subscribe as a new member (using your new email address)

Special Notes:
Be sure to replace "groupname"in these commands with the name
of an actual Group. (e.g., pastry_chefs-subscribe@yahoogroups.com).
